Bungalows 313 presents an ideal location for a small group event or a family gathering! The property with six separate, self-contained bungalows can accommodate up to 24 guests. Depending on the season, the gracious courtyard offers a lovely al fresco setting for a private catered feast, a picnic or a more casual meal! Four of the bungalows have full kitchen facilities to facilitate cooking on-site. There are indoor gathering spaces in the generous living rooms of either the two-bedroom or one-bedroom bungalows. In addition there are a couple of private outdoor areas for a small private gathering: Terra has a large private deck outside the back door and a private front patio. Both Dolce and Vita have private backyard areas.
Use of the Courtyard Spaces at Bungalows 313
The courtyard areas are included for a group that has booked all of the bungalows for 2 days or more – for use only by the guests staying on the property. If other guests are attending events or festivities, the courtyard space may be rented for additional charge.
