Q: Is there parking on site?

A: There is sufficient street parking available on First Street East in front of the property. It is usually easy to find parking nearby unless there is a special event
in Sonoma.

Q: Is there daily housekeeping services?

A: Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each visit. We do not enter the bungalows during your stay. Housekeeping staff is generally on site every day to provide for any guest needs. Be sure to notify us if fresh towels are needed, trash needs to be removed, or some maintenance issue needs to be addressed. Housekeeping will pickup and leave replacement supplies at the front door of your bungalow.

Q: Is there food service at B313?

A: There is no food service at Bungalows 313. However there are many restaurants on the Historic Sonoma Plaza down the street, and there are a few nearby markets for pre-prepared food as well as produce or other grocery items (Whole Foods or Sonoma Market). We do provide a bottle of wine from a local winery, fresh roasted coffee from a local roaster and creamers.

Q: Is there an office for check in?

A: There is no central office or concierge onsite – however our guests receive a confirmation email prior to arrival with their personal access code for keyed door locks, some general information regarding their visit and a property map.

Q: How do we get the Wifi code?

A: Wifi access code and manager contact is listed on the Welcome Card greeting each guest in their bungalow upon arrival.

Q: Does B313 allow pets?

A: B313 is pet-friendly. There is a $50 non-refundable charge for each pet per night.
Here are a few rules while staying on the property:

  • Dogs cannot be left alone in the room unless they are crated.
  • Dogs are not allowed on the beds.
  • No more than two dogs in a room.
  • Dogs over 65 pounds cannot be accommodated in our rooms.
  • Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, and will be charged

based on the cost of repairs or replacements plus a $250 surcharge. Please act responsibly.

Q: Do you accept direct reservations?

A: Yes. We recommend our guests make direct reservations through our website Bungalows313.com, or calling our direct line (707) 996-8091 to book with our property manager. There are no additional rental fees.
